Russia attacked a city hospital in Kherson
Russia continues to target civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.
At midday, Russia attacked a city hospital in Kherson. A shell hit one of the wards, damaging the building where patients and staff were inside.
Three medical workers, aged 52, 49, and 21, were injured. They sustained concussions and blast injuries and are now receiving medical care.
Hospitals are not military targets. Yet, Russia keeps attacking places meant to save lives.
Russia must face consequences every time it chooses violence over diplomacy. Strong decisions and increased pressure must be applied to the aggressor immediately.
